What we collect
Account information (name, email, business details), formula submissions and the attachments you provide, billing information processed by our payment provider, and basic analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To review and produce the samples you order, communicate about your project, send required regulatory and shipping documentation, take payment, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information with the processors that run our service (authentication, hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics) only as needed to operate Lab Batch. Each is bound by their own contractual and legal obligations.
Your rights
