Three sample tiers. Honest production pricing.
We don’t quote “from $X”. Sample fees are flat AUD with the chemist work, label, and tracked AU shipping included. Production is priced per kilo by category, with the per-unit number falling as the run grows. Everything you’d typically pay extra for — stability, INCI, label print — is listed below instead of buried in a quote.

Production batches over 5 kg are quoted separately after the sample is approved — see the Library for indicative per-kg pricing.
Bring your formula. We mix it at scale.
Once a sample is approved, production is quoted per kilo by category. The ranges below are what most projects land in; unusual actives, complex packaging, or fragranced systems can push higher. We price the run, not the SKU, so a 5 kg batch and a 50 kg batch of the same formula carry the same per-kg number.
Serums, creams, oils, balms, cleansers, masks. Lower end is simple oil-in-water emulsions; higher end is high-active anti-ageing or sensitive-skin systems.
Shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, scalp treatments, styling. Surfactant systems and specialty conditioning bases sit at the top of the range.
Body washes, lotions, scrubs, deodorants, hand creams. Pricing tracks with active load and packaging-fill complexity.
Minimum production run is 5 kg per SKU. Below that, stay on the sample tiers above.
Skip the formulation step. Pick a base from the Library.
Our Formulation Library is a growing catalogue of off-the-shelf cosmetic bases — fully INCI-listed, chemist-approved, and ready to manufacture. Each card has its own per-kg pricing at 1, 5, 15, and 50 kg, so you can move from "I picked a base" to "I have stock" without a formulation cycle. Useful when you need shelf-ready product fast or want to validate a category before investing in custom development.

Add any of these to a sample or production run. We handle them in-house in Sydney so timelines stay tight and the chemist who knows your formula is the one signing off.
Stability testing
Accelerated 12-week study at 25 °C, 40 °C, and 4 °C with photo log, pH, viscosity, and chemist sign-off. Required by most retailers and a good idea for any product that’s going to sit on a warm shelf.
INCI declaration & label copy
AU/NZ-compliant ingredient list in correct descending order, plus the boilerplate (allergens, batch, best-before, country of origin). Hand it to your printer or e-commerce platform as-is.
Label print runs
Short-run digital labels printed and applied to your sample or production batch. Materials include matte paper, white BOPP, clear BOPP, and metallic foil. MOQ 100 units.
What’s not included
- Custom packaging design — we’ll happily intro you to AU packaging partners.
- Full ICH-style stability testing (12 weeks, multiple temperatures, photoaging). Quoted separately on request.
- TGA listing assistance for therapeutic claims. We’ll flag if your formula needs it during the chemist review.
- International shipping — sample shipping is AU only while we dial in the model.
